Being a Little Caliphs
Teacher
What a noble
profession this is!

As
probably the first formal teacher to a child,
kindergarten teachers serve the children development
as they start on their journey through the formal
education system. By using a good combination of
teaching materials, teaching aids and methodologies,
kindergarten teachers prepare the core skills that
children will need to succeed in formal education
system. Becoming a kindergarten teacher requires
training in teaching and learning methodologies for
early childhood education, patience and the ability
to work with young children. For an
Islamic-English-Creative kindergarten such as Little
Caliphs, it is naturally expected that the teachers
demonstrate respect to the practices of Islam such
as performing obligatory solat regularly, dressing
in accordance to syaria, and other Islamic conducts.

A Teacher is a Da’i
(Caller to Islam)
The
good news is that being a Little Caliphs teacher is
more than a job to earn income. You are definitely
worth more than all the money you could possibly
earn. This is because your daily role contributes
directly to the development of our beloved
Deen-ul-Islam. Our mission is to instill the
LOVE of Islam and knowledge to young
children. A teacher of Islamic
kindergarten is a strategic person to spread this
true love. You are a bearer of the noble message of
Islam. Your time and talents will naturally be
channelled to teach children about the greatness of
Allah, tauheed, Al_Qur’an, As-Sunnah, Adaab and
Akhlaq, and other aspects of Islamic teachings.
As
the one who conveys Islam to the children, every
single word that you talk towards instilling the
love of Islam will be counted with huge rewards by
Allah S.W.T.
Therefore, you might as well with full conscience
make the biggest intention a human being could
possibly make. The intention is:
“O Allah, I become a Little
Caliphs teacher for the
intention to become a caller to Islam (Da’i ilallah)
for your sake. Aameen.”
May Allah S.W.T.
rewards you like he rewards the sahabah of
Rasulullah S.A.W..

A Teacher is a
Guardian
So
as you, me, and everybody!
Abdullah ibn Umar reported that he heard the Prophet
Muhammad (saws) saying: “Every one of you is a
guardian, and responsible for what is in his
custody. The ruler is a guardian of his subjects and
responsible for them; a husband is a guardian of his
family and is responsible for it; a lady is a
guardian of her husband’s house and is responsible
for it, and a servant is a guardian of his master’s
property and is responsible for it. A man is a
guardian of his father’s property and is responsible
for it so all of you are guardians and responsible
for your wards and things under your care).”
